Randi, The office at Setar has been busy with people paying bills etc.., I do know they have a BB plan for the month that is about 69 florins and comes with unlimited data, calling minutes worth 20 florins for local and international. There is an initial charge for the sim card and a one time activation charge but you will always keep the number which will be activated as long as you keep some minutes on the phone. Sim card and activation charge not sure maybe 30 florins

there is a DIGICEL kiosk at the airport.
we bought our minutes there in august.
at the time in august, they accepted only cash.
the employee did say that credit cards were going to be accepted soon.
in other words....bring cash
