Even now, cruise ship passengers only need to walk south of the Renaissance and there is a stretch of beach between there and Surfside Marina/ Pinchos. On our recent trip we saw the same couple sunbathing there in the same spot each time we passed. After Pinchos, a short ways down is Nikky beach club.

Imo, for now, until the Linear park in completed, and there are restrooms, cruise ship passengers will continue to go to Eagle and Palm beaches.
