    Casino Info

I love to play blackjack but usually start with 'low limit' tables. Wondering which casinos offer smaller 'minimum bet' tables ($5 or $10) at either the resorts or downtown.

Last trip we played at Alhambra and Crystal. It was $15 minimum at Alhambra and a $10 minimum at Crystal. This was on a weekday. Weekends were higher. There are a few posters who have been more recently so I'm sure they will have info to post.

Most casinos offer 5 or 10 blackjack every night.... maybe higher during high season.... but you're not going in high season.

I've always seen $5 min tables at Alhambra and during the week they have a $2 or $3 table but maybe on a special day. It's a low limit casino, even when they have enough players to think about opening a $25 table the max bet is $200, a lot of locals come in there to play. If you go register for their players card and you get half off a sandwich, 5 bucks for an EXCELLENT grouper sandwich at the Cove, their restaurant.
