Cell phone or phone card
I was in Aruba the first week of October 2009.
Had a wonderful time. It was my first time to Aruba. I took my laptop. It cost $ 35.00 to use the Setar wifi system in Aruba for a week. I used a SKYPE connect for phone service...it cost less than 5 cents (.05) a minute a call for the calls to the USA...that was awesome. You just have to download SKYPE and it is free. You make the phone calls via SKYPE through the computer. We made several calls and it cost us less than $ 5 for the whole week and that is calling 5 or 6 times to the USA. This is a good deal and definitely worth the cost of the wifi connect. FYI

for all laptop owners - buy yourself a magic jack (VOIP) - it costs about $20.00 a year and you can call for "FREE" back home.
-i grabbed this from there website (below) Can I make calls to countries outside the US and Canada on magicJack? Answer YES! magicJack allows you to call almost anywhere in the world.
