Returning for our second visit late July. We're in the middle of 2 nightmare real estate deals, and need to be in frequent communication with NY. Does anyone know if a Blackberry with TMobile service works? It does in Ireland and Germany, but no idea about Aruba. Thanks

If you need to be able to communicate for sure while in Aruba, I suggest that you send an email to Charles Croes,his email address is:info@arubafastphones.com and reserve a cell phone rental in advance. He will email you back the confirmation along with the phone number you will have while in Aruba, so you can leave it with the parties in NY. You will not be disappointed.

Not sure about TMobile but a QuadBand Cingular (Razr) works there. Call TMobile and they can let you know. Charles rents cell phones and they are very good and very reasonable not to mention convenient to get and return.

I have Cingular One and it worked fine from Aruba to New Jersey. I'm pretty sure, t- mobile is the other one that works from there. It has to be a GSM phone with a sim card. I had to call Cingular to get the world calling feature activated, without the monthly service charge it was 1.99 per minute and .60 for text messaging (.50 to send & .10 to receive). With the monthly service charge which was 5.99/month, it was 1.69 per minute.
