As the long winter days begin to drag on, and we longingly visit the island we love vicariously through this board and others, it occurs to us that there may be other Arubaholics in the Cincinnati area who might enjoy getting together for a lunch or drinks to share stories and talk about Aruba. Maybe we could create our own mini-BB meeting though not really on the island.

Would any of you out there in our area be interested in meeting at an area restaurant for lunch on a Saturday in February? Perhaps we could all bring one favorite piece of Aruba memorabelia to share. We are on the east side of Cincy in Clermont County, but there are many options in where to meet.

Lee and Karen,

My wife and I live in Fairfield. Been going to Aruba (Renaissance) for the past 14 years. Yeah, we love it. Another couple here in Fairfield own at the Ren as well as a couple from Hamilton. We have several local friends who have visited Aruba with us ,but, have not bought, yet.

Getting together sometime in February might be a plan. I can see if any of the others would be interested. We could all bring photos and talk about our favorite places and experiences. I like the idea.

Saturday, Feb. 14 Valentine get together might work? How about you? And, where would be a good, simple spot to meet? Let us know.
