A couple of weeks ago when we were there I remember seeing an artist redition of a new complex going up I believe in the area of the Hyatt. they are expensive condos. Can anyone tell me what the name of this [ Project / Complex ] will be called. Do they have ewb site ?

We know of two condos. Oceania is already started near Chalet Suisse restaurant and The Sands hasn't begun construction. Not aware of any condos near the Hyatt.

Yes, there are condos going up near the Hyatt. To be exact, nearer to the Holiday Inn. They will be right behind the new mall that is going up in front of the Holiday Inn.
