i wrote to rayon at the ata office and here is his response re: the LINEAR PARK

Hi Andrea,

Sure, no problem!

The 1st phase which is the part in front of the Talk Of The Town resort is almost done as planned. The original plan is for it to be ready for when the Queen of Holland arrives on island. The rest will follow gradually. They already started working on the part in front of our building.

I am unaware of when the complete project is scheduled to be finished but if need be I am sure I can find out.

Let me know if you need any additional information!
