I guess I'm the leader in the clubhouse.

352 days. Not that I'm counting or anything. I'm changing jobs next week. Monday. I'm going from 29 paid vacation days a year to ZERO for the next six months, then six, then another 6 months, then another six. Keep me in your thoughts. RIP to my life.

I feel for you. I too started a new job this year. On 1/1/17 I went from 20 benefit days to 2 weeks vacation. I had no requirements on how long to wait until I use them, but I was told "just not right away". I'm using 6 days for Aruba in September and 2 days to take my daughter on a college graduation trip over July 4th weekend. So then I'm down to 2. Ughhhh. We've managed to take a few weekend get-aways and that's what it will have to be for a while.

Hoping for a 30th anniversary trip to our favorite place.

I just try to look on the bright side. One day I'll be retired and can fulfill my dream of owning a bar down in Aruba. Once the house is paid off (planning on that being my 50th birthday present to myself) I'll work five more years and then I'm done.
