I think the answer is probably not or he would have been dancing on the bases, not in the stands.

I saw this featured on ESPN last month when they played and he is a riot to watch. The announcers were really entertained by him.

Very cool, though I do have to say the best part (voted in this house that is) would be the puppy that steals the scene in the end. Typical beach pup...
