Depalm Island or Renaissance Island day pass?

This will be our 3rd trip to Aruba and we want to do something a little different this time so we are going to do one of the islands. We are a couple in our mid-30's. We like to have a few drinks, relax on the beach and snorkel. I am considering DePalm Island to maybe try Snuba but the reviews are so mixed on food and long lines for the banana boat ride.
Are there rides at Renn Island?
    Any suggestions?
Not sure when, but we will be back

There are no rides at Renaissance island. There is a nice restaurant on the island and they have waitstaff to bring you food and drinks. You can eat drink and relax. There is an adult side(topless) and a family side. The adult side is quieter normally. You can snorkle on ren island both inside and outside the rocks if its not too choppy. The beach areas are very nice.
de palm has a lot of things to do but relaxing is not one of them. It can be crowded especially if a cruise ship is in. Havnt eaten there. You can snuba, scuba snorkle and swim. There is only a small man made beach there.
