Just thought I'd stick in my request for any non-stop flights from Detroit...anyone see anything please post. The ones I'm seeing right now are overpriced. Thanks
Tina, just curious, what part of Detroit are you from. Reason I ask is cuz I live in MIchigan and I am also planning to go back in March. I can't find any direct flights either. I did find, however, that Delta can get you out of Detroit at 6am and get to Aruba before 2pm with only 1 stop.
The only thing I saw direct was to fly out of Chicago. So I took United with 1 stop in Charlotte for 536.00 but the price has gone up since then.I just didn't want to deal with Chicago traffic!!!
We'd be flying out of Detroit Metro. Just like you I'm only finding 1 stop flights and some of those are ridiculous, 20 hours etc. USA3000 is not going to be flying to Aruba in 2007 or as of right now they're not. They may add flights later in the year. Funjet has non-stop but they are so damn expensive, maybe they'll come down. Anyway if you find anything please post. Thanks
we live in holly and have been going to aruba for about 10 years. only direct flight i have ever found is thru funjet.com, a charter out of metro.we use american cuz of airline ff miles. there is a flight from detroit to miami and then aruba. problem is there is a 6 hour layover in miami and don't get to aruba till 8 p.m., but since it's free we don't argue. we are also going in october, and the flight was $1200. then they cut the price and when i called i got a credit.good luck
