Re: Divi v Tam

Good Day!
Hubby and I have been going to the Tam for the past 5 years and no, this year the rocks are down at the Divi!! The beach is just great!! Sure there is a row of rocks you might have to walk over to get to the 50 yards or so of white, clean sand. Also remember, ALL the rooms face the water at the Tam, not just a few you have to pay extra for at the Divi. Pay the extra amount and you can go both to the Divi and Tam durring your stay. Also, tell your daughter to go and do some of the things the FunMakers do durring the day. They try so hard to get the kids to do something. Yes, try the Tam, like I have been saying, the beach was just great! Enjoy

Re: Divi v Tam

Sam,
If you have been to the Tam lately, you will find that it is no longer rocky. We walked along the waters edge from the end of the other end of the Tam's beach, all the way to the end of the Divi's beach and there is no rocky area anymore. Beach is beautiful now.

Re: Divi v Tam

Just back from divi/tam an hour ago. Very few rocks at all at Tamarijn now. About 50 to 150 feet of beach in front, 1900 to 2500 blocks still the best. About 200 feet of sand in front of divi now. No shells or coral in water.

Re: Divi v Tam

Teri, was there in feb. of 04.. If it has changed thats great.. We would have been put out back then because there was a rocky section right at the end of the Tam room blocks bordering the divi property.
