Has anyone been to Divi Village recently ??? Has the new pool been started ?? Has the new resturant been completed ?? Any info would be appreciated..we are heading down soon. Thanks

We were just there for our honeymood and the golf village seemed to be under a lot of construction. I haven't been there before so I'm not sure what to compare it to. We went on a tour one random night and it looks beautiful but still not done. Hope this helps!

New restaurant is still WAYYYYYYYY far away from being completed. Not sure on pool. Just stell girders still.

We will also be heading down soon...The golfing was okay last year, but not really completed..I'll let you know....

hello was ther again this year for week 39 and the new pool is open. It is probably the biggest pool I've ever seen. The restaurant is still under construction. Hope this helps

Progress continues on the Golf Villas. Construction details as follows:

Eagle Buildings I-IV are now open and ready to enjoy!
The pool opened August 13, 2005. The pool bar is expected to open mid-October.
Eagle XIII will act as a model building. Stop by for a visit!
Birdie Building I is scheduled for completion mid-September, 2005.
Birdie Building II is scheduled for completion mid-October, 2005.

Phase II construction includes Birdie III, Birdie V, Eagle V, Eagle VI, and Eagle VII. Phase II construction is planned for completion in early 2006.
