Does it keep getting better and better?

To all you repeat visitors,
We look forward to going to Aruba every year. We come home each year and say, "This was even better than last year". Do all of you do that? Does it just keep getting better and better? Is it because everything is so familiar and you feel comfortable?
So many people ask us,"Don't you get tired of going there? What do you do there"? And we always answer, "We don't do anything there----that's why we love it. How could you get tired of it?"

besides the great weather, food, beaches, the most friendliest people in the world live there. As soon as the friendly stops or the safety stops, then we won't ever be back.

I've prolmised myself I would go at least twice a year. Last year I went six times, and this year it will be four. Can't beat the people, weather and fun. I love it.

I totally agree! We don't DO anything either. My idea of a great vacation is to have great weather, great restaurants, great hotel, great beaches and read some great books!!!!!

Re: Does it keep getting better and better?

That's funny Marietta because we always get the same question asked. I always respond that it is GUARANTEED -- perfect weather, perfect food, perfect people - always! So what more could I want out of a vacation?
We take t-shirts for our favorite staff at our resort and of course, copies of pictures of them taken the previous visit which they post in the bar area. They love the pictures! You figure, they get asked so many times to pose for pictures but never see them! 19 more days and can't wait to see everyone again!

Re: Does it keep getting better and better?

We went the first year with just our immediate family (we traded in our TS to go there)and ended up buying another TS at Marriott Surf Club because we wanted to be guaranteed to be able to come back every year. That was just after one visit! Then last year we convinced 27 friends and family to join us. They traded in their Marriott TS from other places and did the same. This year we will be going back again with 27 of those friends and family. It is addicting! Do you all find that even being on this BB gives you great peace just talking about Aruba? I find it to be great therapy. LOL
