Don't rent from Top Drive!
Top Drive Car Rental OVERCHARGES their customers. Read www.visitaruba.com webpage. Three people have been overcharged and wrote about it on (www.visitaruba.com). Save yourself a headache! Hopefully this will save at least one other person from this headache!!!!
