We plan on traveling to Aruba next spring and our son will turn 20 while there. He would like to know what the drinking age is.

Its supposed to be 18 but who is checking when an 18 + person asks for two or more drinks and then goes into the dance floor area or where ever and hands an under aged person the drink or drinks!
It happens here in the US every night of every week and on every cruise ship.
On Cruise ships parents can sign a waiver allowing under aged teens to almost drink all they want. I heard this from a valid source and if it is factual it should be stopped immediate for obvious reasons.

I think its 18 but noone will ID you. There are young people drinking everywhere.

I read on another Aruba web site that it's 18. Unless it changes between now and then.

He will be at a legal age to represent everything you have instilled in him.
