    Eagle/Druif Beach waves.

Beach cams are showing the the waves are really starting to roll on Eagle Beach and Druif Beach. Can see red flags up in front of CDM and saw someone get flattened by a roller. Did also see him make it out. Be safe folks.

Last Thursday and Friday we noticed that the sunset cruises were much closer to shore. Yesterday, people said there was a lot of sea grasses and/or leaves on Eagle Beach and I can actually see it from the condo today. The weird thing is there is very little breeze and I can saw some harder hitting waves while doing some meal prep this morning.

Have read a few reports of 10-12 foot waves on Druif Beach this morning. Via the beach cam, erosion on the increase at CDM

Those are some real waves on Palm Beach which you rarely ever see. My other thought was there is almost nobody on the beach....it must have poured.

I was showing my mother the webcams of the waves rolling in yesterday. She said she hadn’t seen Palm and Eagle beach look like that since Hurricane Matthew. It looked pretty dramatic.

When we were there 2 weeks ago there was 1 day of rollers at Palm Beach. It was the same day we had TONS of seaweed wash up on shore.

Hope the erosion is nothing like it was a couple years ago, the beach was just starting to look great again on webcam at least. Hopefully mother nature will bring some sand back in next.
