Re: Eating & Drinking out

I think you will enjoy Madame Janettes'good food and probably some of the best prices for dinner on the Island for the quality and service. We usually figure about $100.00 a nite for two of us with apps. and drinks for me...but MJ would be about 60-75 for two...buy wine for your room at the Grocery stores.... have fun....there's lots to do without spending a billion dollars...especially since you have AL..two more days for ME>>>>>>>

Re: Eating & Drinking out

There are plenty of places where it's fairly cheap to eat. Go online (search for aruba restaurants) ane check out some websites. Most restaurants have web pages with menus and prices. That way you'll have a decent idea of where you want to eat before you get there. Aruba is not that big, so the places aren't that hard to find!

Re: Eating & Drinking out

jobby, I think you mean what is the average cost eating out and also drinking out. Wine is about $25 a bottle to start with. It can go up from there. You cannot bring your own bottle to any restaurant in Aruba. You can however buy it at the big super markets for a lot less. Dont buy it in the hotel mini markets. Much more.

One suggestion that is very nice: Call ahead for resv. at the French Steak House located at the Manchebo Resort. Ask for inside seating. They have the Ambassador special. $34.95 Per Person. Includes appetizer, soup or salad, main entree, dessert and coffee and includes a free bottle of wine of your choice. good luck!
