i was wondering what the economy is like as far as the real estate market, is it as bad as the usa. if so any good news in the future. Is aruba a good investment to buy a home or condo.

Things seem to be always moving forward. Properties offered for sale always seem to be sold the next time you go down. The big question is all of the new! Which there is a bunch of. They seem to be moving from Time Shares to Condo development.

I have no idea on the demand! I am sure there is a deal in there somewhere!
