Does anybody know if the island closes down the last week in July and first week in August ? we've been looking at the events calendar for mouths now and nothing seems to be going on ?

There may be no carnivals or festivals but there is always something to do in Aruba. Go and enjoy!

The island never closes down. Some months are busier than others and maybe that's why there is nothing special happening at that time.
