I am trying to picture this, if they don't sell it to local bars or local people, how do the Venezuelans bring all this beer back to Venezuela, do they have their own boats or do they fly it back? Why all of a sudden is this happening?

UPDATE: They caught the guys responsible for the robbery. All three are from Venezuela, who apparently entered Aruba as visitors only for them to commit crime. If this continues the local government is going to have to put stricter measures in place with regards to visitors from Venezuela. I understand that there is a charge of somewhere between $5.00-$10.00 US being applied to Venezuelan visitors upon landing on Aruba, which much be paid before they can deplane. If they cannot or refuse to pay the fee, they are kept on the aircraft and immediately returned to Venezuela. A lot of people are calling for Visas to be required for visitors from Venezuela.

The stores were allowing the venezuelans to purchase all the beer they wanted,
based on their card limit set by their government..

Selling to the chinese grocery owners for cash, discounted, the aruba government has attempted
to curtail this activity, allowing 4 cases per cardholder.

Most transactions occur in the parking lot, of the store.

Honestly in my opinion the island has serious issues with respect to the venezuelan 'visitors'...

Many crimes being perpetrated by these so called visitors, locals and tourists..
    It needs to stop...

They come to aruba for the CASH.......
