Yes, when we use them their fees include ALL taxes and charges. When you check out the only worry is your room charges.

When we have used them, all their packages have included breakfast and that ALONE is about 18.00 per person with NO tax on the bill. This alone would be at least a 260.00 charge for 7 days for a couple, if one would do the breakfast buffets, which in our opinion are great. I am NOT a fond lover of breakfast force myself, .

As I said MCM is the only one we will use for Aruba, just my opinion. No sand throwing please do not have my goggles on.

We used Cheap Caribbean twice and they definitely the cheapest we found. The first trip we book with them everything went smoothly. Then we used them for a group booking for our wedding. We booked approximately 20 people staying at the Renaissance and everyone chose the all-inclusive package because the price difference wasn't that much, I should have known better but assumed we were getting a good deal because of the group booking. Well everyone received their travel documents and confirmations which stated All-Inclusive. Arrived to the Renaissance and we all got our All-Inclusive wrist bands and headed straight to the bar. On the third day of our trip the hotel manager called me and my husband down to his office to tell us there has been a mistake and none of our guests should have been receiving the all-inclusive package. They called CheapCaribbean and we spoke to the CC "manager" who was very apologetic but still refused to honor our all-inclusive packages even though it was an error on their part. So we then had to go and explain to our guests that all of their food and drinks up until that point will be billed to their room. Honestly, I'm sure everyone was pissed, as was I, but thankfully no one put up too much of a fuss probably only because we were there for our wedding. But I would advise to double check everything with CheapCaribbean and if it seems too good to be true...it probably is.

NOTHING refunded at all...which is why we were so upset!! They told us that the prices we were quoted, months prior to our wedding, were both wrong and they were not making up the difference for 20 people. After almost an hour on the phone arguing with them we gave up. The Renaissance hotel manager (Nelson - he is the best) couldn't even believe what was going on and even tried to work something out with them, since he had all of our confirmations that stated All-Inclusive, but they refused to budge. We decided to not worry about it until we returned home, and when we did and I called to speak to the "manager" we delt with while in Aruba and found out that supposedly she no longer worked for the company and neither did our original travel agent. We also filed a complaint with the BBB, but not much really came of that either.

I really am speechless about what happened to you Would you use them again?

I think my logic would be if I did wrong by 20 people and each one of those people told 20 people about their very unfortunate experience, that is about 400 stories about one bad experience.

Even though they are the cheapest site to book air+hotel (that I've found) I refuse to use them ever again. They were even running a special at the time I booked that if you sent them your receipts from when you were on vacation, they would give you 10%, of your total vacation expenses, back towards a future trip with them. Needless to say, it was our wedding and we were there for 2 weeks and spent ALOT of $$$....they did send me the credit towards future travel, but I still won't use them just on principal.

Worked out better for us anyway, bc since I won't use them again we ended up renting a timeshare from a member here and it ended up being even cheaper than CC

Player's Choice/MCM includes all taxes and fees... you know what to expect up front.
