Come on people, get real! Yes the Aruban Govt. knows what happened!
SHE DISAPPEARED WITHOUT A TRACE; WITHOUT ANY PROOF POSITIVE CLUES: WITHOUT ANY VERIFIED AND PROVEN GUILTY SUSPECTS: WITHOUT, NOT EVEN A CLUE AS TO WHERE, WHAT TIME, OR WHO WAS WITH HER AT THE PLACES AND TIMES, THAT THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW OF!
The Aruban Govt. knows exactly what the FBI, Ecusearch and other investigative agencies know.....incidental information and a complete lack of any DNA evidence of any sort, tying anyone to this crime and the most overwhelming piece of this mystical puzzle is that there is no body. No CORPUS DELICTI !!!
CORPUS DELICTI defined as a condition that indicates two objectives:
The finding of a body in question and #2 when the body is found, it must be proven without any doubt that the body was in fact murdered.
Do we all remember how the Aruban Govt. turned over tons and tons of soil, drained the huge pond at the Marriott? How about all the hype and claims the FBI and Ecusearch made, like, "We will not leave this island until we find the body", and now after all this has been said and done, some derelects resort to putting the blame back on the Aruban Govt.
Maybe the Govt. could evacuate the entire island and the turn the entire island upside down and shake it real well, dig every inch of ground up, within 20 feet of the surface and then throughly search every foot of the ocean surrounding the island up to 15 miles around.
Or how about a more simple solution: Put full blame on the 3 boys with no evidence of DNA or the Corpus Delicti qualifications. To satisfy a closure need!
I 100% respect and stand by our accepted code of standards:
"INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN (without any doubt)GUILTY"
How many times have we been exposed to murders in the news and TV? Well known people committing a murder and with a ton of evidence, DNA, Corpus Delicti satisfied, and a lot more absolute evidence tying the murder to them and still the trial goes on and on for yrs. and still no clousure that is definate.
O.J., enough clues found?
After the 3rd murder, the police had all the DNA, more evidence and the Corpus Delicti's on Ted Bundy. Oops he was released and went on to murder about 50 more young ladies.
Multipy these two ex. by about at least a 1000 and thats the good ole US judicial system.
Now go back to the 3 boys, again, NO DNA, NO POSITIVE EVIDENCE, and ""NO CORPUS DELICTI"" found by any agency, United States included and we are calling for the 3 boys to scratch the clousure itch?????
Totally unfair in any sense! Compare it with US standards.
