Family gathering in Aruba

Hello everyone, I traveled to aruba last year using a birth certifcate with no problems, I dont have a passport and my family is having a gathering April 9 to celebrate 50years together. With late notice can I travel with my birth certificate? I understood from last year that we need a paaport.

Franc,
A certified birth certificate is all you'll need (a passport is simply a good idea as it makes it so much easier to travel without worry of losing other documents).
Have a great trip!

you can use your certified "Raised seal" birth certificate. If name isn't same on drivers license and birth certificate - you'll also need marriage certificate.

To be safe, try calling your airline asap. and questioning them.

That law never went into effect. Bring the birth certificate with the raised seal and a government issued photo id and have a wonderful trip and congrats on the anniversary!
