Family Party in Aruba

Mt family is having a party in Arubu the week of April 9th, I know its last minute notice, but I dont have a passport, can I travel on birth certificate?

Yes, birth certificate with a raised seal is fine. No passport needed.

an original birth cert. with raised seal and photo id (drivers license) is still acceptable.

must be a raised seal on birth certificate from the state government, not a hospital and you will also need a pix I.D. such as your driver's license and you are good to go.
