Good Ole Single Malt Scotch and water to unwind on arrival

Then the inevitable rainfall of mixed whatevers around the pool

Finally... the Balashi & Amstel for relaxing around the place of nightly rest

Of course.... only sprite or seven-up whilst playing BlackJack

CHI CHI

While very similar in preparation to a Piña Colada, it looks and tastes quite different .


Chi Chi Ingredients
1½ oz (5 Tbsp.) vodka
3 oz (6 Tbsp.) pineapple juice or crushed pineapple (canned)
2 oz (4 Tbsp.) coconut cream
½ oz (1 Tbsp.) grenadine
¾ cup crushed ice
2 pieces fresh pineapple & maraschino cherry for garnish

Put ingredients, except fresh pineapple pieces, in a blender and blend at medium-high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled collins glass or stemmed goblet. Garnish with fresh pineapple stick and maraschino cherry..
