    Red face Favorite Beach Music

What is your favorite beach music???? Some people like Jimmy Buffet type music, some like relaxing instrumentals, some like 80s, some like jazz. When I'm sipping a drink while sitting in the sun I like "island" music. I also want to play it in my car, with the sun roof open on a sunny day

I've been trying to find salsa/merengue downloads (I don't have a CD player anymore, Sirius Radio doesn't have a "island", "beach" music channel and I don't know what artist look for on itunes.) I like the upbeat songs, but keep finding more ballad type music.

And for some reason, even when I find what I like, it just isn't the same listening to it in Ohio. But, I'd still like to find some.

I love Island type songs, I downloaded a very fun song titled "Sunny Aruba" by George McCrae from Amazon last year. I met a girl who sat next to me at the pool each day and told her I loved her play list, I told her about this song she instantly added it to her "vacation playlist" and loved it. I don't have enough of this type of music, so alternate between my 80's tunes and country, closest I can find to island music is either Jimmy Buffet or Kenny Chesney.

I love Pitbull and Bruno Mars at the beach. It's not for everyone but those are two of my favorites. We listen to all kinds of music, and Kenney Chesney is high on my list too. I also like most Like Bryan stuff. I also like st7 ff by Creedence Clearwater Revival and the Marshall Tucker Band when I'm relaxing. And who doesn't love that song that goes "if you like pina coladas..."

Industrial thrash metal... really loud so everyone can listen along with me.

Ironically, I hate Carnival music. Ugh. And it plays everywhere in Jan/Feb.

In reality, we subscribed to Spotify last year and love it... many different genres for my ever changing moods (which is also one of my favourite songs of all time by The Style Council).

We had a disturbingly hilarious evening of cocktails at Bucuti's SandBar and they had a steel drum player doing Adele's "Rolling in the Deep". While it was funny at the time, I don't think I'd want to re-live that particular music journey.

Actually the sound of the water, breeze and the birds is the perfect beach music to me. Anything else is a bother.

The Zak Brown Band and Jimmy Buffet. They both compliment each other.

Toss on anything country and I will enjoy it and have a big smile on my face with a drink in my hand. That said, Bruno Mars IS a great artist and I enjoy his music as well.
