There seems to be a recurring theme here. I need a drink.

That's always been my reason to drink - hydration! Yeah, that's the ticket.

I guess I must really be boring. We always arrive on the late AA plane so its 10 or 11 pm when we land. Need I say more? Nothing is open so you unpack some and hit the hay. Its not that bad because we always come on free air miles and I go out of a little airport 10 minutes from my house so there is no parking fees. The kids or wife drop me off and then I go Ft.Wayne to Chicago, to Miami and then Aruba. I guess it helps that I stay 3 to 5 months so the day I loose traveling is not a big deal. If I was only there 1 week, I would not like that. I do drink some nice cold Aruba Water when I get there. Its the Best!!!!
Snorkel Mangel Halto, day or night with a waterscooter. Check out our website. E-mail Stuart at arubabob@live.com or call Stuart local: 745-7459 Or visit: www.arubabobsnorkeling.com 50th trip Dec 11, 2017

You're right Andrea, it's dehydration. Yup. I've been told that airplane rides will cause dehydration. Can't have that, and Aruba has the perfect cures!!

C'mon folks.... it's all about the celebration for the arrival in Aruba... that always requires a cold beverage for a toast! We made it there.... we're gonna drink to that!

Love this topic and reading all of the answers!!!

First thing we do is pick up the rental car at the airport and ride over to the Costa Linda. We unpack all of our luggage and admire the pool and build the anticipation for the trip. Usually it's around 3 at this point so we have some down time before dinner. We usually go to the grocery store to stock up on food and drinks before dinner. We like eating the first night at our favorite place, El Gaucho!!! After dinner it's an early night back to the room since our flight out of DFW was at 5:45 AM!
