First Time

Hello everyone,My daughter,son in law,and 3 grand daughters ages 13,18,21
will be visiting Aruba for the first time at the end of June.The 1st week they are staying at the LaQuinta 2nd wk. at Costa Linda.
I would love some suggestions of fun things to do as a family.

Also the 18 yr. old is vegan,will she have a hard time finding places that can
accommodate her needs?

I can see you are a newbie to the site. I suggest reading this site for a while to get a feel for ideas from others. Off the top of my head i would suggest a 1/2 day on the Jolly Pirate, a snorkle smooter tour with Arubabob, water show at Horencia Mall, visit to natural pool, 1/2 day tour of island, lots of water sports down high rise are; parasail, tubing

Snorkeling info

For your 13 yo

Butterfly Farm, Ostrich Farm and Donkey Sanctuary.

Rent a 4 x 4 and tour the island

A day or two swimming and snorkeling at Arashi, Boca Catalina and Baby beach.

Snorkel trip on Jolly Pirates, Tranquilo or Strea is a must. With that age group, Jolly Pirates with their rope swing would probably be a huge hit!

I'm gluten intolerant (Celiac) and have been researching the boards and restaurants for the past 2 months. From what I've seen and learned, your grandchild will have an easier time eating out then I will. Start by looking @ menus and then emailing the establishments and ask questions, I've gotten some lovely emails back and they are very accommodating.
