my daughter loves parasailing in Aruba - that is approx $50 for 1/$100 for tandem - she can't wait to go again in a few weeks!

Jacki loving Aruba from NJ
Hoping to return next summer!

just be aware that the helicopter tours are steaming HOT! there's no AC or ventillation in the small cabin. thus, you mix that with the swelting aruba sun up in the sky and well you can just imagine it for yourself. but it's defin worth it. i believe it cost about 150 for 2 people.

and, i may be going out on a limb here but you may definitely go over your budget - only because you're staying there for 2 weeks.......so jealous.

Yeah I have noticed that. There is no question she cant answer so far lol. Im up in helicopters in a flack jacket and Kevlar in Iraq. It gets way hotter then that for me lol so I should be good on my part. As long as the wife is good then we should be able to take it.

We scheduled the first helicopter tour in the a.m. at 10:00 a.m. and did not have any problems with the heat with one small exception. We kind of "stuck" to the seats because we were wearing shorts. I can only imagine , but hardly compares to Kevlar and flack jackets ...

Thank you Eric for enabling us to be able to have our butts stuck to helicopter seats for recreation.

I also would like to express my sincere thanks for your service to our country...Secondly let me say you are very wise to have picked the greatest island in the caribbean to visit....
Make sure you rent a suv to and explore the rougher side of the island,,,when the waves hit the shore the water is so white it looks like milk....awsome pictures.....go on an ATV adventure and swim in the Natural Pool....what a rush....
The food on the island is amazing, try at least on Aruban restaurant...maybe Brisas del Mar....great curried red snapper...YUM .....
And lastly, go find a nice spot on the beach, close to the bar...and enjoy the warm breeze, beautful water and great frozen brown ladies !!!!!

Aruba, my home away from home !!
