first time in Aruba, anyone else going next week?

Hi all,
I'll be going to Aruba for the week of Oct 21-28 and staying at the Divi. Weather channel shows a lot of showers for this week is this common? Anyone else going this week?

Will also be at the Divi during that time. Arriving 10/18, staying until 10/25. Maybe we'll see you there. Don't fret about the weather. If it does rain during the day, it's just a quick shower.

Dont read any weather reports, the sun will be shinning and if it does rain it is doesn't last long.In the 12 years that we have been going to Aruba last year was the first time that it rained for a few hours, that was a mess, but when it stopped ,guess what the sun was shinning again...........................GO AND ENJOY.................

I'll be leaving next week on the 26th...The weather channel always shows that.

This will be about my 9th trip in about 2 1/2 years, and I can just about count the number of times it has rain on 1 hand and when it did it was very short.

Ignore that weather report. It says that all the time, all year long. It is wrong 90% of the time. The weather is also out of your control, so don't waste any energy on it. Just get busy packing your sunscreen/tanning oil. You'll need it! Oh, and don't forget your bathing suit. No nude bathing allowed, at least not during the day. HA!
