First Time HELP

This will be our first trip to Aruba. Any advice? Both of us are in late 30's, and away from children. Looking to have fun. Staying at the Raddison.

Re: First Time HELP

Then you picked the right place by staying at the Radisson! If there were kids there, we didn't even notice them. We stayed there last year and got engaged and are going back to get married next Tuesday and staying for 11 days. We think it's the best hotel on the island. Everything was perfect! You must go to the Sunset Grille restaurant at the Radisson. Fantastic food. Also Blossom's at the Wyndham. Those two are a must.

As to fun, the Radisson has the Miro Solo bar which is a great outdoor martini bar. Great to end the night. During the day Gilligan's beach bar at the hotel has a happy for a few hours. Also fun. Or, you can walk out to the pier behind the hotel which has a bar and happy hour. Just up the street and on the other side, there's Soprano's Bar. Great Jazz Bar for the people not really into clubx. If you are into the club thing you can go into town and find something there. Plenty of places.

Enjoy and maybe we'll run into you!
