Post First Trip TOMORROW!!!!!

Leaving tomorrow for first trip to Aruba! SO EXCITED!!!!! Should I pack liquor, or buy it there? Which is cheaper? Also, I have prescription meds with me, any suggestions on the best way to pack? Should I pack a hair dryer and iron? I am a fanatic about wrinkled clothes. You can tell I'm a novice traveler.
We are staying at Divi Village in a studio. We are the sleep late, lay on the beach all day and read, go out and eat, then watch the sunset, kind of people.
I have been reading the message boards and all your comments are really helpful.

Send a message via Skype™ to Andrea J.
Buy your liquor at duty free shop at your departure airport.
liquor at the grocery stores in aruba is expensive...maybe about 20% higher than in usa.
No iron no hairdryer resorts do provide them.

take some clothes out of your suitcase now....i bet you have way overpacked.

bet that you will not be sleeping late in aruba.
the beach will be calling your name every morning early.
divi village is a nice property.....if you packed beach towels, unpack them as divi provides them......!!!

more questions??
we are here and very excited that you are going to our favorite destination.

Also - unless you are going to go somewhere special (and even Ruth's Chris allows casual are) - it is a very casual island. No long pants or fancy
dresses needed - or high heels!!

Please pack them in your carry on. This way if your luggage is lost you will still have your meds.
Been there done that.

Have a fabulous trip. It is my favorite time of year in Aruba.
