development? I cannot remember how far the huts are from the Marriott hotel to guess if it is affected. I go in a few weeks!

If they keep moving/pushing out the Fisherman's Huts and the Wind Surfing they will up at Arashi Beach.

Correct me if I am wrong, but weren't the Fishermen's Huts deeded by the Queen and cannot be moved or torn down? Eddy, can you clarify?

As far as I could see in June, the windsurfers and kitesurfers are north of the construction sight at http://www.wikimapia.org/#lat=12.5835492&lon=-70.0451267&z=17&l=0&m=b

That is what i thought about the windsurfers. They did not have to relocate at all?

The Aruba Hi-Winds Tournament had their two tents set up in front of the two cams this year, so there is certainly some type of activity going on there.

Also, interesting to note, that the Ritz construction area is of course fenced off. Late in the day at times you can see pickup trucks on the cam trailering their watercraft, so there is access there. Which again, proves that this area presently being used is indeed north of the construction site.
