With all due respect and with an eye on the healthy growth of Aruba,

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!

The fisherman's huts are a remnant left over from years ago and their ratio is about 2 boats per hut and there must be (at most) 5 solid structures. The fishermen have moved their boats to the piers that are just to the north of the MOOMBA Beach area. They will be impacted by the new development for sure. This new construction will have an effect on the environment as well as the area where the fishing boats are. In fact I will go out on a limb and state that in my opinion such a construction will have very poor consequences on more than just the waters there. I this never ending pouring of champagne, I hope that someone finally considers the Carlton the last round.

T answer your question, it will impact where the current fishermen have their boats, it will impact the waters out as far as one half mile, It will impact thousands of families that once swam there.

    be well

I agree! I think the people that do not see what is going to happen need to remove their blinders.

Wow, lots of progress since we were there last month. They did seem to have plenty of workers on site. I hope the Super Foods goes up so fast!

Thanks for the update and I love reading your reports! Maybe Super Foods will be ready by the time we get back. Just booked our next trip to the Surf Club today for next July. Excited to have a ticker with a real date again but so many months until we go. I'll just have to live through everyone's trip reports

Enjoy the rest of your trip.
