Fishing Charter Pricing

My husband would like to go out on a fishing charter this time around. We've never done it before (well, in Aruba) and are definitely not well experienced fisherpeople.

Does anyone have any idea of the prices for a half day charter? Will they group you with other people or do you have to find your own to split the charter?

I haven't had any experience with any of the charters (I'm a lay on the beach person) but here are some links to fishing charters.

Thumbs up Charter pricing

Hello everyone. I uses dorothy charters. Capt. tromp is very good. Try giving them and email. He may be able to put a group together for you. He has great rates.

Thanks - the links to charters I had didn't mention any pricing. My husband loves the fish at the Driftwood so we contacted their fishing charter first for info. If I real in a big one, I'll post a photo!!

What exact dates will you be there? My husband and dad are thinking of going twice while we're there this upcoming trip so maybe they can go together. Me and my dad have been on the Dorothy (which is funny cause that's my name) and we enjoyed it. We'll be there sept 29th - oct 9th.

If I remember correctly, I think the cost of the boat for 1/2 day of fishing is about $300. If you go with 3 or 4 people, that is $75 - $100 per person. I would also be careful if you are not an experienced fisherman because the Ocean can be quite rough. If you are subject to sea sickness, I would not go fishing in Aruba.

Hi Nancy .......just wanted to let you know that my husband & son split a charter in July and it cost $300 (total). Do Not Use Lady Gigi, they were very unprofessional.
