Does anyone know where to buy something to anchor the floats to the bottom of the ocean?

Don't know the answer to that, however, what we do is to get tubes with handles so we all can hold each others handles and stay together...

All I can think of is one of those weights that you get balloons tied to.

We got ours at a boating store (Boaters World)a few years ago. A vinyl bag you fill with sand w/rope & hook to attach to float. Works great!
