Does anyone know what this plant is? Its from Aruba.

It could be a species of Celosia, also called cockscomb in the US. It's hard to tell from this picture, are the flower heads sort of velvety? If so, it's probably cockscomb.

Celosias are tropical and would grow well in Aruba. They are grown in the summer as annuals in temperate climates.
