I know there's a meeting downtown, but that one's held in Papiamento.

Thanks Edna, my last few vacations have been Cruises and they are always on the ship. I was hoping that there would be one in one of the hotels. I can't wait to get to Aruba!

Bill W. is a referral to Bill Wilson who was one of the founding fathers of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).

Yes that is correct, however because Alcoholics Anonymous is a program of anonymity most people who know it use the term in order to protect their anonymity such as I do. I believe AuntieMame had the good grace to answer that question privately to the poster who was curious. It doesn't bother me personally to have my anonymity exposed to people that know me under this screen name on this board, however it is a private matter & could really hurt someone else very much. I am sure you're intentions were good and I thank you for that.
