I am so glad to hear of a positive outcome for you. I, too, finally got a reponse from Marriott and will not have to forfeit my vacation week.This experience taught me to be sure and reserve as early as possible if I want a particular week.
The facility is a lovely as one could expect.
My only hope is that when I arrive, there won't be any further mishaps with my reservation. Unfortunately, they are 0 for 4 in getting this right so far.
