Is the big Casino open at lacabana yet?

From the looks of it ,it will not be open anytime soon.There is only a shell and no one working.

Just drove by today and as mentioned above. The building is a shell. I did see some building materials being delivered last week but again, doesn't look like much work.

from out back one can see that the place is guttted.

gutted and shell seem to be the keywords

one of the reps selling timeshare at the aruban told me "dec 31 " as the open date.

i would wager my life, that it will not be anytime in 2008 or early 2009...............my guess is that it'll be later 2009 or later.
