Has anyone heard of any of he following, I can't seem to find any information;

Aruba Rock Hotel & Spa

Sunrise Rock Development

Boca Grandi development

Aruba Rock golf course.

All are supposed to be out by the "lighthouse"

Perhaps instead of Boca Grandi you are thinking Boca Prins? At one time there was a project considered for development there, but it is no where near Boca Grandi OR the Lighthouse. Boca Grandi is at the opposite end of the island from the lighthouse.

I am sure if these are not imaginary places, if you (the OP) takes the time to google these terms, you may be able to find some information.

Yes, I believe EBB is correct. I recall seeing the propaganda for this development near Baby Beach - including an 18 hole golf course - back about two years ago. Doing a quick Google search, found their website but no information available. Hopefully this plan has fallen through.....

Boca Grandi is near Bachelor's Beach over on the southern tip of the island facing the East. Take the coastal road past Baby Beach and it is near KIA.

Yes I have googled them and the principles. It looks like a very nice developement that for what ever reason has not started yet. Just courious.

We hope they never develop anything at Boca Grandi. Its our favorite spot on the entire island to go to the beach. The beach may get messy at times, from rubbish from far away. but you have to overlook that and realize you are sitting on the edge of Paradise.
