Parents are going to Aruba for the 12th year in a row, and I would like to know how to get them this honor?

i have found the best way is to contact your concierge at your resort at check in.
the concierge contacts a gentleman named francis at the aruba tourism office.
they (concierge and francis) make the arrangements.

if you want to email me their names, their dates of next visit and their resort name, i can get the ball rolling. BUT at check in they still have to speak with the resort concierge.
