    How much longer???? Really?

Yesterday, in Toronto, it's almost 70 degrees... today it's just above 32, aka freezing point. Is it any wonder I spend all my time daydreaming about Aruba and my friends/family there?
Oh, can May come any sooner?

Same here in Jersey! Watching the rain mixed with freezing rain outside my office window, dreaming of the sunny island 2nd home we all share!

i close my eyes and pretend that I am sitting on the beach in Aruba (preferably Eagle or Renaissance Island).......but here I am at home, where it is still raining and 65 degrees. yup, i am complaining and i do feel badly for all of you in the land of the arctic...........North Florida and further north.............i can appreciate how cold and miserable it is.
so, close your eyes too, and dream of the azure sea, comforting winds and blazing sun.

    now back to cooking.

Roller Coaster weather here in Oklahoma. Had a freeze in early October, then cool for a week, then 60s to 70s, then another few days of freezing, then 50s, then record cold of 14f for a couple days, then 60s, then freezing and light snow, Yesterdays high in the low 40s. Today in the 50s with temps going into the 70s on Sunday. Several days of wind and rain in there as well. One thing about the weather in Aruba is no roller coasters.

Leave December 22nd for a week. Spent 8 days in October and 15 days in June. Wondering if I can squeeze another week in March before summer trip.
