    How's the Weather? Arriving tomorrow!!!

I talked with a friend last night who knew someone that just came back from Aruba. They said it was the windiest it has ever been! Can anyone confirm this??? I'm flying down tomorrow morning for two weeks.

Thanks for the update. I can remember when I arrived for a two week stay back in December of 2011 that the cab driver from the airport said that we had just missed the most rain the island has ever seen in the past 30 years.

The rains have basically stopped. Haven't seen rain in about a week here in Noord. Contrary to what you were told, the winds have been less and some days very hot due to the lack of wind. Over the last week the winds have been mild. Hope this helps. Enjoy your vac here

The winds have been on the lighter side the last 6 weeks but the last 5 days, they are back to normal. They are cranking!!!!! There was a lot of rain the last month but it was always about 5 am when most people are sleeping. Then they would just see the ponds. Now the rain has stopped. Merry Christmas everyone.

I've read on the Aruba meteorology website that there's a drought advisory thru end of February? We arrive in mid Janurary for three weeks and I enjoy a brief shower now and then
