Re: Hurricane Insurance??

Hurricane season is usually over Nov 1st. You shouldn't have a problem.

Re: Hurricane Insurance??

you may want to wait until the hurricane hits to make sure your hotel is still there.

Re: Hurricane Insurance??

You can buy trip interuption insuranse, but not when a hurricane is knocking ar the door. Time to buy is when you buy your tickets.

Re: Hurricane Insurance??

from the latest weather report, cancun and conzumel may not be "up and running" for a while. I'm sitting here in Naples, FL on Sat. just waiting for us to get hit on Monday sometime....for our sake, praying that it stays in Mexico as long as it can to spare up, but feel for those in Mexico going through it. I think if you don't purchase your trip insurance when you initially book your trip, you're out of luck if you can't go where you initially planned. good luck to ya! Guess you shoulda been going to Aruba!! I'll be back for the 4th time in 16 months on Dec. 10 and I can't wait!

Re: Hurricane Insurance??

Leenie, The Hurrican season ends about the third week in November. So I would save your money and not get the insurance.
