So, do I run to the Hyatt when I get there in June, or avoid it because they'll need to be recouping??

i do not remember those per se.
i do remember the dollar tokens.

i miss the days of the quarters.
using coins helped us stay longer as loading in coins and pulling the arm took much longer than how it is now…adding the paper $ and pushing the button.

and do any of us miss filthy black hands from handling all of the coins?

I sure do.. I remember sitting at the bar playing video poker with these. I actually got 4 deuces five different times with these during my first stay at the Hyatt! I'm sure I have one of these chips at home someplace! Grime on my hands and carrying buckets of these from machine to machine was a pain sometimes. At least the cashier always had wet naps to clean hands!

You bet there is if you are a U S citizen. The fed still wants their share of gambling wins even if you win it outside the country. Lucky Canadians don't have to pay taxes on gambling wins.

We always seem to have our best luck at the Hyatt. Not as good as these folks, but I like seeing winners.
Not sure when, but we will be back
