Where can I go to buy a ticket for a private jet to go to Curacao?

Where are these private jets located on Aruba? In the airport? Somewhere else?

And if I want to book a regular airline to go to Curacao, where do I go in the Aruba airport to do this? Is there a special customer service desk for each airline to buy the tickets directly?

Would you want to use Bonaire Express and save some money?? They service all 3 ABC islands.
