Do you visit their Bar? YES! At least twice daily (there are 3 happy hours at Pata Pata)

Their restaurant(s)? Yes, we hit the Islander Grill a few times during our stay, usually for quick lunches at the pool and an occasional dinner

Use the pool? More than I would like to! As the kids grow I see us being able to spend more time at the beach & less at the pool

Use the wifi? Is there a charge or free? Free Wifi has always been hit or miss so I've always paid for better access. Aug 2015 was the first time I was able to enjoy free wifi with great speeds

Use their palapas and lounges on the beach? Every single day

Pay for palapa and lounges? Never - just a tip to the guy setting up the the chairs. Usually give him $1 per chair, except those days where we need 10 chairs. lol

Pay for additional housekeeping services? No, but don't really use anything additional, don't even use the daily services.

Yes we do all the above except the last two. We NEVER pay for palapas or additional cleaning. Never been asked to pay for a palapa at any of the resorts we have stayed at and never had a problem getting one. Of course we go in April, May, September or October on all of our trips so not crowded. The resorts we stay at have mostly 6 day maid service any way and the ones that don't we don't pay because we don't mess things up much.

If you stay at a resort while visiting Aruba.....

Do you visit their Bar?Yup--At Hilton now--Mira Solo and Gilligans

Their restaurant(s) ? Special diner at Sunset Grille

Use the pool? Only when we want to float a drink in the water

Use the wifi? Is there a charge or free? Did both over the years--hard wired in room Ethernet and wifi recently.

Use their palapas and lounges on the beach? Everyday

Pay for palapa and lounges? In 12 years only paid for 3 days last trip knowing the cruise ships were coming in and wanted to be "safe"

Pay for additional housekeeping services? Never really needed it. Don't spend that much time in room.

We have stayed at the Ritz our last 3 trips and will stay there again in Feb and all future trips...Prior to that the Radisson and Hyatt.

We always visit the bar, daily, lol.

Always eat at the Restaurants at least a few times, the Ritz we eat almost every meal because the service and food are the best we have had on the island.

    We always use the pool.

We have not had to pay for the wifi at any of the locations.

We use the lounges by the pool at the ritz and never reserve anything. At the Radisson (now hilton) we always reserved a hut near the pool or a palapa on the beach and paid for it.

Housekeeping has been free at all locations.

Do you visit their Bar? Yes, daily, wherever we stay, most recently as owners at La Cabana.

Their restaurant(s) ? Sometimes, mostly yes. Never made it to either of ours last time but will next time. Too many other choices.

Use the pool? Just briefly at happy hour after a day at the beach as a change of pace and the hot tub. Have a pool at home; wouldn't go to Aruba just for a pool.

Use the wifi? Is there a charge or free? Yes, briefly. Free.

Use their palapas and lounges on the beach? Yes, all the time.

Pay for palapa and lounges? No, other than tipping.

Pay for additional housekeeping services? No

If you stay at a resort while visiting Aruba.....

Do you visit their Bar? No, we make our own.

    Their restaurant(s) ? Mulligans occasionally.

Use the pool? If we are around when they Have it open, they close the pools at 8pm

Use the wifi? Is there a charge or free? Free wifi and we use it but its about as fast as the 3G we get on the phones.

Use their palapas and lounges on the beach? No, but we should, our fault as were always running around the island.

Pay for palapa and lounges? No

Pay for additional housekeeping services. Free daily, we tip at the end.

i did not know that divi village had free daily housekeeping.
we stayed there once with timeshare exchange and remember it being an additional fee for housekeeping.

If you are renting directly from the resort it is included, if its a timeshare or vacation club its extra.
